"Blue Plate" is both our name and our food. It's scrambled eggs with bacon and it's Pulled Pork sandwiches with just the right amount of sauce. To put it simply, we are good food done right for a great price.
We are located in Avon, Colorado at the Christie Lodge and are open to Lodge guests, employees, and the public . Our Chef is classically trained and has worked in this area for years, so he knows where to find the best in locally grown and raised ingredients.
